At Maple Pet Provisions, we know that when your pet needs gear, they need it fast. Whether you are preparing for a weekend hike in Banff or just replacing a favorite chewed-up toy, we strive to get your order to you quickly and securely.

Shipping Policies

We are proud to ship anywhere within Canada. From the bustling streets of Toronto to the quiet towns in the Yukon, if Canada Post or our courier partners can reach you, so can we.

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75 CAD. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $9.95 applies. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your province.
  • Express Shipping: Need it in a hurry? Choose our Express option for $19.95. Delivery takes 1-3 business days for most urban centers.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Calgary warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We believe in serving our local communities and minimizing our carbon footprint. We hope to expand to the US in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't fit right or isn't what you expected, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return: Please email our support team at returns@maplepet.ca with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Return Shipping Costs: A flat fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Exchanges for a different size or color are completely free.
  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened pet food, treats, and personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maplepet.ca with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
